Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consumer care, customer service, or account services.
• Strong analytical abilities and critical thinking for solving complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
• Proven track record of meeting time-sensitive deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to handle sensitive consumer information with strict confidentiality.
