Salary: $56,220–$70,280 USD annually

What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from Multiple Employer Plan participants and serve as the primary contact for day-to-day record-keeping matters.
• Research and resolve 401(k) technical, product, compliance, and participant issues using Voya and ADP systems.
• Analyze compliance test results and plan documents, and explain available options for correcting failed nondiscrimination tests.
• Collaborate with Plan Administration to resolve escalated and sensitive financial issues through resolution.
• Maintain assigned client requirements, follow-up commitments, service-level agreements, and daily schedules supporting inbound call volumes.
• Track training opportunities and share trends with management and Learning and Development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adjust shifts and working hours based on workload.
• Working knowledge of company products and services.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Denver office/home arrangement, including three days in the office.
