What you will do

• Consult with clients to develop and document detailed requirement understandings and translate them into functional specifications.
• Define and analyze requirements and stories for Salesforce implementation in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, storyboards, and training documents using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
• Configure, test, and deploy updated solutions across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Perform data maintenance using Salesforce Data Loader and manage user roles and permissions.
• Triage and resolve production support tickets and manage the regular Salesforce upgrade and regression testing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering for Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for creating business flow diagrams and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.
