What you will do

• Support the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
• Manage user provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for GTM tools.
• Identify process gaps in integrations and automations to recommend and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, renewals, and business reviews in partnership with IT, Legal, and Finance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Legal) to ensure tool adoption and aligned reporting.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to enhance revenue team productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with at least two tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Gainsight.
• Understanding of system integrations, data management, and permissions.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate daily productivity and build automation artifacts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to automation tools like Workato or Zapier.
• Experience with LLM-powered workflows.
• Data skills including SQL, Python, or Salesforce reporting.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.
