Salary: $125,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and maintain end-to-end business process architecture and documentation aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead transformation initiatives by conducting gap analyses between current ("As-Is") and ideal ("To-Be") processes.
• Translate high-priority business requirements into effective process solutions for new product launches.
• Drive automation projects using Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, Tableau, and other core technologies.
• Manage cross-functional programs, including the development of testing plans, UAT, and change management.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process management, business systems analysis, or program delivery.
• Exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments and integrated business workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of system integration across ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Expertise in business architecture, process design, quality assurance, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-office 3 days per week.

• Direct implementation experience with Salesforce.
• Direct implementation experience with NetSuite.
• Previous experience in team management.
