What you will do

• Partner with Sales on complex, non-standard commercial opportunities, providing guidance on pricing and deal structures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product to facilitate efficient deal execution and balance business risk.
• Define and mature the Deal Desk operating model, including standard operating procedures and scalable frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from quote review and pricing validation to approval coordination.
• Analyze deal trends, discounting behavior, and operational metrics to recommend pricing governance improvements.
• Develop Deal Desk documentation and deliver training to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance within a SaaS or technology organization.
• Experience supporting complex or enterprise sales motions.
• Proficiency working in Salesforce and CPQ environments.
• Demonstrated success in improving business processes or operational workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification.
