What you will do

• Administer Salesforce for Services, including configuration, automation, and AI capabilities like Agentforce.
• Manage Gainsight health scoring, automation, and Salesforce-Gainsight API integrations.
• Configure Pendo guides and analyze adoption data to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure data consistency and reliable integrations across Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, and Staircase AI.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for services organizations.
• Continuously apply AI tools to automate repeatable work and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience administering Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, permissions, and data management.
• Proficiency in supporting APIs and cross-platform system dependencies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical and data quality issues.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Certifications in Salesforce, Gainsight, or Pendo.
• Experience implementing Salesforce AI (Agentforce or Einstein).
• Background supporting Client Success or Services Operations in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
