What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to scope strategic initiatives.
• Author technical requirements, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects by establishing milestones and managing dependencies.
• Facilitate regular syncs and status updates to maintain alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuously evaluate core systems to identify opportunities for scaling technical workflows and improving productivity.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• 5–7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured technical documentation.
• Proficiency in project management and issue-tracking platforms like JIRA.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills for roadmap decision-making.
• Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups.
