What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic programs from intake through execution, managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Build program roadmaps, project plans, communication strategies, and executive-ready status reports.
• Implement and scale project management tools, including governance, templates, portfolio reporting, and adoption strategies.
• Design intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes aligned with strategic objectives and organizational capacity.
• Partner with IT, HR, PMO, cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, operations, executives, and vendors.
• Use automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve project management efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of program or project management experience in complex technical environments.
• Experience conducting technology assessments and gathering technical requirements from IT and engineering teams.
• Proven experience implementing project management tools, preferably Asana, across large cross-functional organizations.
• Expertise in intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, executive dashboards, status reporting, and RAID management.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, change management, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT prompting.

• Background in IT, engineering, enterprise software, or technical enablement.
• Experience rolling out technology or training tools at scale.
