Salary: $48.08 - $52.88 per hour

What you will do

• Own end-to-end new hire onboarding, including orientation coordination and survey administration.
• Coordinate with US and International payroll teams on new hire setup and compliance items.
• Administer leaves of absence (LOA) from intake through return, including payroll reconciliation.
• Support RSU grant administration, verifying vesting schedules and preparing audit materials.
• Complete I-9 and work authorization verification in coordination with the Immigration team.
• Maintain confidential employee records and draft internal communications for policy changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR/People Ops experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems (ADP WFN preferred).
• Experience with leave administration and payroll coordination.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Excellent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
