What you will do

• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, open enrollment, leave administration, and vendor coordination.
• Manage HRIS (ADP, Deel) and ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and the employee experience.
• Support global compliance initiatives and prepare employment agreements and compensation documentation.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to coordinate interviews, debriefs, and candidate assessments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration.
• Must be located in or able to work from Boca Raton, FL.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Deel) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting a distributed or global workforce is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
