Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA) or Remote (US). Bay Area-based employees must be in the San Mateo office at least three days a week; remote employees are expected to travel occasionally to headquarters.

Salary: $72,000 – $90,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience, including orientation schedules and welcome materials.
• Support People Team initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and internal events.
• Serve as the systems owner for HRIS (Rippling) and other people tools like Confirm, Complete, and Sparrow.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the workplace team to create and maintain an engaging office environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in employee experience, HR operations, event planning, or workplace coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
• Ability to take ownership of detailed logistics to ensure program success.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating new hire onboarding programs.
• Experience in building and maintaining office cultures.
• Familiarity with HRIS or similar People Team software.
