Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Support Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) to close business and increase revenue within the assigned geography.
- Drive market development through direct sales to individual MFMs and OB/GYNs.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with medical professionals and staff.
- Assess customer needs to provide tailored support and coordinate logistics.
- Create and execute strategic business plans to grow revenue for current and new product launches.
- Ensure high-quality client/patient relations and adhere to strict company compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Based in Dallas, Texas.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a sense of urgency.
