Account Manager (Medtech): Driving revenue growth through identifying and closing new opportunities for a connected AED response system with an accent on outbound prospecting and full-cycle sales. Focus on lead generation, pipeline management, and expanding market share in public safety and education verticals.
Location: Remote (Must reside in New Jersey)
Salary: Starting $80,000, OTE $150,000

is a growth-stage Medtech company specializing in Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and a connected response system to improve cardiac arrest survival rates.
What you will do
- Identify and prospect for new customers using high-volume and high-velocity outbound tactics.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, nurture relationships, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
- Develop creative and customized outreach strategies for potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with a strong background in lead generation via cold calling and emails.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-cycle outside sales role.
- Must be a resident of New Jersey.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, or other sales tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Inside sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education verticals.
