What you will do

• Execute full-lifecycle sourcing initiatives for MRO, facilities infrastructure, and equipment.
• Lead aggressive negotiations with OEMs, contractors, and service providers to secure favorable pricing, commercial terms, and SLAs.
• Manage the development and execution of RFQs and RFPs, including supplier benchmarking and cost modeling.
• Analyze and optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), accounting for acquisition, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal.
• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to ensure technical and compliance alignment.
• Validate, track, and report cost savings and supply chain risks to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Heavy emphasis on MRO, Facilities Services, or CapEx categories.
• Proven experience managing complex negotiations with OEMs and industrial service providers.
• Deep understanding of TCO methodologies and lifecycle cost modeling.
• Strong analytical capabilities and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Louisville, KY

• Experience working within large-scale manufacturing or industrial facility environments.
• Background in consulting or contractor roles focused on cost-out and process optimization.
• Documented history of achieving significant, verifiable cost savings.
