Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first with optional office access in Irvine, California; flexible work location and hours.

Salary: $160,700–$189,000 per year, plus potential equity, discretionary bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the company-wide third-party management program across planning, intake, evaluation, contracting, and vendor lifecycle management.
• Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements, renewals, SaaS contracts, marketing and agency agreements, professional services contracts, and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Develop category strategies across technology, marketing, product, operations, professional services, legal, and compliance tools.
• Own procurement intake workflows, automation, RFPs, spend segmentation, vendor consolidation, market analysis, and multi-year category plans.
• Mature risk-tiered sourcing and supplier oversight processes aligned with SEC, FINRA, and bank-partner expectations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop one team member while improving spend analytics, benchmarking, executive reporting, and procurement forecasting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, enterprise procurement, or vendor management in high-growth technology or financial services environments.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-year enterprise SaaS, marketing, agency, professional services, and strategic vendor agreements.
• Hands-on experience with category strategies, structured RFPs, vendor consolidation, multi-year spend plans, and measurable cost savings or total cost of ownership reductions.
• Expertise with procurement and spend management tools, including Zip and Brex, plus experience with third-party risk management frameworks.
• Ability to work credibly with Engineering and Enterprise IT on architecture, integrations, security, SLAs, uptime, and incident response.
• At least 2 years of people management experience; a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.

• Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and bank-partner supplier oversight expectations.
