HRIS Analyst (HR Technology Operations)

What you will do

• Administer enterprise HCM platforms, including platform operations, security configurations, updates, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Build business process workflows, reduce manual processes, troubleshoot complex production issues, and resolve ITSM tickets within established SLAs.
• Provide tier-2 technical assistance to HR stakeholders and end users while reducing recurring support issues.
• Design, execute, and document regression testing for releases and patches, and support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Create and maintain SOPs, configuration workbooks, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR business partners and end users.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of dedicated professional experience supporting and configuring enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Dayforce.
• Experience configuring HCM platforms, business process workflows, and security maintenance.
• Hands-on experience executing regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles.
• Experience managing tickets in enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and exceptional organizational discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
