Management Analyst I (Human Resources) (HR): Providing analytical and operational support to the HHS Office for Civil Rights with an accent on HR operations, workforce planning, and federal compliance. Focus on conducting research, developing analytical reports, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations.

Location: Washington D.C.

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate HR programs and policies in accordance with federal regulations and HHS guidelines.
  • Support recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and personnel action processing.
  • Maintain HR documentation, workforce metrics, and personnel records.
  • Analyze HR operations and workforce data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with federal laws and support audits, data calls, and reviews.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Level II clearance.
  • Previous experience with federal HR policies and procedures is required.
  • 4–6 years of experience in human resources, management analysis, or federal support services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database/reporting tools.
