Salary: $210,000 - $377,326 (USD/CAD)

What you will do

• Define and execute a bold product vision aligned with company growth objectives and AI innovation goals.
• Own the product portfolio's financial performance, including P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to navigate complex technical decisions, including API architecture and platform infrastructure.
• Lead AI-led transformation initiatives and integrate automation into core product workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing product management organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management leadership roles within SaaS or B2B technology.
• 5+ years in an executive-level capacity.
• Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly in architecture decisions and API strategy.
• Proven track record in managing product P&L and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience building API-first products with exposure to AI/ML and automation.
• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and represent strategy to executive leadership.
