What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps for complex AI products and platform initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
• Translate business and customer needs into product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and development plans.
• Partner with engineering, data science, research, legal, finance, operations, and customer stakeholders to deliver AI capabilities from concept through launch.
• Lead end-to-end execution, monitor KPIs, resolve roadblocks, and communicate product value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive AI adoption, improve product governance and workflows, support customer engagements, and mentor Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of product management experience covering strategy, roadmap development, and the full product lifecycle.
• At least 3 years managing AI-powered products, with exposure to machine learning, Generative AI, AI infrastructure, and technical AI development environments.
• Strong background in Healthcare IT, healthcare claims processing, healthcare analytics, or related healthcare technology.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC, data-informed decision-making, complex cross-functional delivery, and executive stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor product professionals, gather customer feedback, solve complex problems, and maintain a dedicated remote work environment.
