What you will do

• Own problem framing, success metrics, and defined product bets across member and patient portal surfaces and AI agents.
• Operate independently across 1–2 engineering pods and progressively take ownership of two pods.
• Translate ambiguous customer and domain problems into clear, scoped problem statements and outcome-oriented metrics.
• Communicate bet intent, identify blockers, escalate risks, and distinguish delivery noise from meaningful product signals.
• Define KPIs, validate assumptions with data, and track performance against goals.
• Use AI tools for prompt engineering, research, synthesis, discovery preparation, and metric definition while following data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Product Management or related technology delivery experience.
• Experience or interest in digital healthcare; payer market experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into scoped problem statements and measurable outcomes independently.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and experience partnering with engineering and design in sprint ceremonies.
• Practical experience using AI tools for productivity and interest in developing deeper AI fluency.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and feedback-seeking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare payer market.
• Experience contributing to interviews and onboarding for APM or PM hires.
