Salary: $103,200–$154,800

What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning across the full lifecycle for AI-enabled surgical software.
• Translate surgeon and market insights into differentiated product requirements and value propositions.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, and data science teams to align technical capabilities with clinical workflows.
• Lead matrixed virtual teams to execute product strategy and prioritize development trade-offs.
• Support upstream marketing strategies and commercialization efforts to ensure successful product adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital ecosystems and AI-driven surgical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (or 2+ years with an advanced degree).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Must be able to work onsite in Lafayette, CO at least 4 days per week.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and commercial teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management, upstream marketing, or strategy within software, AI, or digital health.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML-driven products and cloud SaaS applications.
• Strong track record of bringing complex technical products to market.
