Buyer Pay On-time (Automotive)

What you will do

• Resolve procure-to-pay issues involving price discrepancies, quantity imbalances, goods receipts, invoices without purchase orders, and supplier disputes.
• Support category buyers, the Order On-time team, and operational purchasing activities across North America.
• Maintain supplier, material, banking, and supplier-status information in ERP and invoice-management systems.
• Protect supply continuity and respond to internal and external operational inquiries.
• Identify and implement purchasing process improvements related to supplier identification, rating, ISMS, and TISAX.
• Create recurring operational reports using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain, purchasing, processes, or systems; internships may count.
• Knowledge of SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good communication and organizational skills, with a customer-oriented and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement skills.
