What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for all roles, from AI research scientists to drug discovery leads.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking within the AI and biotech communities.
• Conduct first-round technical screenings to evaluate depth in AI/ML and computational biology.
• Represent the company at major AI conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
• Partner with founders to define hiring strategies and structure competitive compensation packages.
• Manage the ATS and optimize screening frameworks and interview processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a focus on AI/ML, research, or engineering.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML to credibly assess publication records and research depth.
• Knowledge of startup compensation structures, including equity and vesting.
• Ability to effectively sell the company's vision in a stealth environment.
• Must be based in the US (implied by benefits and HQ locations).
