What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and engineering markets.
• Design structured interview processes, evaluation rubrics, and performance profiles.
• Implement and document SOPs for core people operations and onboarding programs.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and recruiting metrics.
• Support performance review cycles and coordinate with external vendors and legal counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting and operations, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical roles like ML and software engineers.
• Strong outbound sourcing capability and experience building hiring systems from scratch.
• Familiarity with HR management systems and applicant-tracking systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving, high-impact environments.
