What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more client engagements, including scope, cost estimation, risk, and status reporting.
• Act as the primary point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to resolve scope and ownership ambiguity.
• Run recurring governance cadences for status reporting, prioritization, and dependency management.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted in-office point of contact for clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and producers within the Client Operations PMO.
• Support the growth of the Dallas office through local hiring, culture building, and business development.

Requirements

• 9–12+ years of project/program management experience.
• Required: Experience working within an agency or consulting environment supporting enterprise clients.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Must be located in the Dallas, TX Metropolitan area.
• Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with marketing technology (martech) platforms.
