What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of implementation services, managing resource allocation and project success metrics.
• Develop service offerings, value positioning, and pricing for enterprise and commercial market segments.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team.
• Forecast staffing needs to align with sales growth and implementation opportunities.
• Manage executive-level relationships with key customers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer-driven product enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy, and project management.
• 7+ years of experience managing Implementation or Professional Services teams.
• Proven track record of scaling a professional services business with financial accountability.
• Expertise in Agile development and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Must be able to work in the Arlington, VA office 4 days a week.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing technology within the tax, accounting, finance, or law domains.
• Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, Certinia, and Tableau.
