TL;DR
Software Project Delivery Leader (PMO): Managing end-to-end delivery of complex software projects with an accent on Agile methodology, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team alignment. What you will do
- Own on-time and on-budget delivery for complex software projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Guide feature design, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Oversee project portfolios, ensuring delivery quality and team capacity.
- Mentor and coach junior PMO team members to drive process consistency.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide clear status updates and manage expectations.
Requirements
- Must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must reside in one of the following states: TX, CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MN, NE, NC, OR, PA, SC, TN, WA.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or project management.
- Strong familiarity with Agile practices, Scrum, and project tracking tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent client-facing communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
