What you will do

• Lead the delivery, execution, and operating model for the Sky Road enterprise software platform.
• Scale delivery excellence across product, engineering, client onboarding, and commercial stakeholders.
• Set the vision, structure, and governance for how the platform is delivered.
• Partner with teams and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure roadmap initiatives and client delivery commitments are executed with consistency and speed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or agile transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software or data platform initiatives.
• Deep understanding of agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery models.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading distributed or global teams.
• Knowledge of CLO analytics, specifically optimization and trading tools for leverage loan strategies.
• Experience as a Product Specialist for an analytical software platform.
