Location: Toronto, Canada. Existing authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you will do
- Lead the delivery of MiraCloud implementation programs, ensuring scope, quality, and business outcomes are met.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Establish and scale MiraCloud's project management practice, delivery governance, and implementation standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Manage delivery performance, resource utilization, and profitability in alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the organization in executive-level customer discussions and delivery escalations.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Professional Services, Program Management, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading Project Managers, PMO teams, or implementation organizations.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale customer implementations and transformation programs.
- Background in CX, Contact Center, CCaaS, SaaS, or Managed Services environments.
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Existing authorization to work in the United States.
