Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Annual salary: $127,345–$175,099, plus eligibility for medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning implementation projects from blueprint through hypercare.
• Create project plans, align stakeholders on milestones and timelines, and track actuals against the plan.
• Monitor risks, issues, delays, dependencies, and mitigation actions while maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Provide regular project status updates and manage customer priorities, expectations, and communications.
• Coordinate team deliverables, vacation schedules, timesheets, invoices, and project administration.
• Support post-go-live knowledge transition and documentation for the o9 support team.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics planning.
• Project management experience across business requirements, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
• Experience using agile methodology for enterprise implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions, project management principles, and project management artifacts.
• Proficiency with project management, spreadsheet, document processing, and presentation tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
