What you will do

• Lead pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimation, and team structure planning.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, monitoring progress and adjusting timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and blockers early in the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and stability.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
• Oversee configuration management and release processes across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience managing IT delivery projects across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering programs involving 20–50 FTEs.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid).
• Ability to assess technical implications across frontend, backend, QA, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in contract interpretation (SOW, MSA) and financial delivery.
• Must be located in the US.
