What you will do

• Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from early discovery and prototyping to testing and shipping.
• Own and evolve the design system, including responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode.
• Create clear systems and specifications to enable accurate implementation by engineers and AI agents.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders to continuously raise the product quality bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including leading a product from ambiguity to launch.
• Strong systems thinking and craft in complex flows such as forms, disclosures, or data-rich interfaces.
• Proven experience building accessibility directly into the design process.
• Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
