Product Designer II (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer II (Fintech/Proptech): Designing AI-powered financial workflows for real estate and construction with an accent on clarity, accuracy, and trust in high-stakes environments. Location: Remote (USA). Employees not based in Nashville are required to travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design execution for complex workflows including draw management, budget tracking, and compliance surfaces.
• Lead user research activities, including customer interviews and usability testing, to become a domain expert in construction finance.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, selecting the appropriate fidelity for each stage.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain the shared design system to ensure consistency across the product portfolio.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and sharpen strategic design insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-4+ years of experience in product or UX design within a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and various prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to handle end-to-end design independently, from research and framing to execution and QA.
• Solid understanding of both generative and evaluative UX research methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-framing and well-executed design solutions.
