What you will do

• Design engagement loops, sharing moments, and habit-forming mechanics to drive organic growth.
• Set the quality bar for micro-interactions, feel, and overall delight of the Community product.
• Own the full design process end-to-end, from early concept through to the shipped product.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, Senior Product Manager, and engineering team.
• Operate with agility to ensure design intent is fully preserved in production.

Requirements

• Experience designing engagement or retention features (streaks, habit loops) for social, gaming, or high-growth consumer apps.
• Proven track record of owning the full design process: discovery, concept, and high-fidelity design.
• Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into sharp, opinionated product directions independently.
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify).
