Staff Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within one of the specified US states; candidates must be able to live and work full-time in an eligible state. hirify.global also has offices in Chicago, Illinois and St. Petersburg, Florida. Canadian hiring for remote technical positions is limited to Ontario; this role is a product design position.

Salary: $186,000–$201,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Set the design vision for the sales agent UI from problem framing through launch.
• Design seamless attachment and cross-sell journeys across multiple hirify.global products.
• Shape how new products are introduced and sold alongside existing customer coverage.
• Lead ambiguous, high-impact growth problems spanning products and influence strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Establish design quality standards and improve how growth teams test and ship design work.
• Use AI tools for exploration, prototyping, and craft work.

Requirements

• Track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional design problems end to end and setting direction where none existed.
• Strong business fluency, including connecting design decisions to business outcomes and mahirify.globalg quality-versus-speed trade-offs explicit.
• Ability to influence product and engineering partners without direct authority.
• Strong data and measurement instincts, including defining instrumentation and analyzing funnels.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the eligible US states listed in the posting.

Nice to have

• Experience designing tools for internal or expert users such as agents, operations, or sales teams.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated domain.
