What you will do

• Qualify and convert warm inbound leads and prospect for new business opportunities.
• Conduct exploratory calls with potential merchants to identify needs and fit.
• Execute a high-touch outreach strategy via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize outreach sequences, lead-generation playbooks, and qualification criteria.
• Schedule and deliver warm handovers of qualified leads to Account Executives.
• Research market gaps and construct detailed lead lists to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Customer Success, or Onboarding Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques, including cold calls.
• Proven track record of achieving sales-performance or activity-based goals.
• Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in Melbourne for on-site collaboration.
