What you will do

• Develop and deliver features for the proprietary Thyme Box care management platform from concept through launch.
• Partner with Product and oncology leaders to scope experiments and solve evolving business problems.
• Build technology to efficiently surface ancillary benefit programs and services for care teams.
• Create intuitive interfaces for triaging patient touchpoints, including hospitalizations and chemotherapy changes.
• Integrate and surface data from multiple sources to keep care teams updated on patient status.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and supporting software in production.
• Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI), Postgres, and AWS.
• Experience building single-page applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Ability to take full ownership of features from ideation to production.
• Strong communication skills to discuss technical tradeoffs with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience using and contributing to AI tooling for developer productivity.
• Prior experience working in healthcare or health tech.
