TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (Medtech): Developing and maintaining large-scale healthcare software solutions with an accent on cloud architecture, security, and system reliability. Focus on building robust backend services using Java, C#, or Python, collaborating within an Agile scrum team, and ensuring high-quality delivery for clinical applications.
Location: Remote (US-based). Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. On-site onboarding required at a designated company location for new hires.
Compensation: $106,000 – $145,750 (includes base pay and variable incentive pay).

What you will do
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and full-stack engineers to build and deploy scalable systems.
- Contribute to security and risk assessments for production application components.
- Coordinate with clinical and product analysts to define requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Provide on-call support to ensure system availability and performance.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of software development experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Java, C#, or Python.
- 1+ year of experience with relational SQL or NoSQL databases.
- 1+ year of experience with cloud architecture (AWS) and web application security.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions).
- Background in developing commercial enterprise software.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
