Senior Software Engineer (Medtech)

Compensation: $106,000 – $145,750 (includes base pay and variable incentive pay).

What you will do

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and full-stack engineers to build and deploy scalable systems.
• Contribute to security and risk assessments for production application components.
• Coordinate with clinical and product analysts to define requirements and resolve operational issues.
• Provide on-call support to ensure system availability and performance.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of software development experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java, C#, or Python.
• 1+ year of experience with relational SQL or NoSQL databases.
• 1+ year of experience with cloud architecture (AWS) and web application security.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions).
• Background in developing commercial enterprise software.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
