What you will do

• Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals through data and observation.
• Design soft-skill and competency-based curriculum leveraging AI tools and workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end creation of learning materials across multiple modalities.
• Deliver instructor-led training and assign e-learning modules to frontline staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels and multi-source data.
• Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to lead complex training projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in learning design and facilitation across multiple modalities.
• 3+ years of experience independently managing full lifecycle instructional design and delivery projects.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-era instructional training.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated change champion with a track record of innovative learning solutions.
