Salary: $105,000–$140,000 USD base, plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Conduct needs analysis with technical training leadership and subject matter experts to identify performance and knowledge gaps.
• Design, build, and maintain modular security learning experiences, including self-paced content, live sessions, practice activities, job aids, and onboarding assets.
• Facilitate selected live virtual and onboarding training sessions, adapting delivery to audience needs in real time.
• Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge validation, and operational performance signals.
• Partner with security stakeholders to convert product behavior, detection and response practices, and tribal knowledge into reliable documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or a similarly complex technical environment.
• Strong content creation experience with instructor-led facilitation as a secondary but important responsibility.
• Ability to translate complex technical security concepts into clear learning experiences for audiences with different expertise levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment where training programs are still being built.
• Familiarity with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
