Salary: $240,000–$275,000 Annually.

What you will do

• Define and execute global EHS strategy aligned with corporate goals and ESG priorities.
• Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on EHS risks, trends, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FAA, and DoD regulatory standards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and enterprise risk mitigation.
• Implement and maintain EHS management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and AS 9100.
• Coach and develop a global EHS team while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or Industrial Hygiene (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with global/multi-site responsibility.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required; CIH or CHMM preferred.
• Deep knowledge of global EHS regulatory frameworks and complex compliance environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Buffalo, NY area.
