What you will do

• Lead and implement the site EHS strategy in line with company standards and business objectives.
• Build a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, floor presence, and employee involvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits.
• Develop EHS training and monitor metrics such as TRIR and near misses to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams and support capital projects by integrating safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety systems.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and execution skills.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically, remain regularly on the production floor, and stand, walk, lift occasionally, and use required PPE.

Nice to have

• CSP or similar safety certification.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
