Senior Analyst, Business Development (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $78,000–$107,250 annual base salary, plus 15% incentive

What you will do

• Analyze business trends, opportunities, risks, and model results to produce actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable reports, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and data-driven solutions for business development.
• Lead projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and delivery.
• Support automation, API, AI-enabled analytics, data collection, feature engineering, and anomaly identification.
• Communicate findings and project alternatives to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts, improve team capabilities, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance or an adjacent industry.
• Experience creating insights, reports, or dashboards that inform business decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to connect analytics to business strategy.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or similar tools, SQL, VBA, Reporting Services, iMacros, relational databases, and supervised or unsupervised learning techniques.
