Salary: $78,000 - $107,250 + 15% incentive

What you will do

• Analyze business trends and variables to identify growth opportunities, issues, and risks.
• Develop scalable reporting and analytical frameworks using Power BI and SQL.
• Lead projects from discovery to execution, focusing on automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations to influence executive decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement and competency across the department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance or adjacent industry.
• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, insurance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, VBA, and Reporting Services.
• Comfort utilizing supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future).

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with iMacros.
