Business Analytics Analyst III (Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Query databases and extract requested business and customer data.
• Analyze customer, operational, and business performance trends.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Partner with Customer Experience stakeholders on strategic goals and business objectives.
• Identify process improvement, automation, and innovation opportunities.
• Prepare summaries, recommendations, and insights for leadership while managing multiple projects and requests.

Requirements

• Experience as an analyst or in a similar analytical role within an insurance organization.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn technical and procedural information, and produce high-quality work.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Richardson office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, SAS, Oracle, or Snowflake.
