Senior Consultant - Project Manager / Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with regular work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location and onsite client work as required. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a U.S. location.

Salary: $118,300–$122,400 annual base salary, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, map operating processes, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, digital, and technology transformation use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, and data teams on implementations, integrations, testing, reporting, and data governance.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, requirements sessions, and executive meetings.
• Develop client-ready business cases and recommendations, support proposals and business development, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex business or technology transformation projects and managing planning, risks, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and user stories and facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Experience working with engineering, product, IT, or data teams; process mapping tools; and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, mathematics, or a related field. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.
• Experience with AI transformation, intelligent automation, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Power Platform, UiPath, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, Workday, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Change management experience and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
