What you will do

• Manage complex daily collection contacts and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure timely payments.
• Investigate and resolve past due balances, perform account reconciliations, and provide necessary customer statements.
• Analyze account behavior and payment trends to provide data-driven collection forecasting.
• Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to accelerate the collection process and resolve issues.
• Recommend credit limit adjustments based on detailed risk analysis and data.
• Mentor junior analysts on complex cases and develop process documentation for the AR Handbook.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable and/or collections experience.
• Expertise in advanced Microsoft Office (Excel with Power Query, PowerPoint) and large ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• Ability to work flexibly in U.S. time zones.
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using AI tools for operational modernization.
