What you will do

• Manage day-to-day global collections and drive efforts for strategic, complex customer accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable, proactively follow up on overdue balances, and resolve billing disputes.
• Execute AR-related activities including payment allocations, credits, refunds, and invoice adjustments.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to accelerate collections.
• Analyze and report on AR performance and maintain Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Collections and AR experience in a global B2B SaaS company.
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and/or Recurly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, banking platforms, or payment gateways.
