What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts receivables.
• Identify and resolve problems delaying payment of accounts to expedite cash collections.
• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments.
• Review contracts, orders, and invoices to reconcile customer disputes.
• Maintain timely follow-up and regular updates to collection notes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing collections or accounts receivable portfolios.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for deadline adherence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with leadership.

Nice to have

• Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, or Great Plains.
