What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive timely payment and reduce delinquency while maintaining positive relationships.
• Proactively communicate with customers via phone and email to provide payment reminders and support.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and account concerns with urgency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Billing to resolve issues impacting payment and retention.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize outreach based on customer needs and account risk.
• Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite to manage accounts and track collection activity.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Miami, FL
• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer account management.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on issue resolution.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a subscription-based or SaaS billing environment.
• Familiarity with accounting/collections systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or GetPaid.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of credit risk and financial analysis.
